2. What we collect
2.1 Waitlist (public `/`)
- name
- location
- business type
- consent acceptance + timestamp (required checkbox)
- public-site locale (`hu` / `en` / `de`)
Stored in Convex `waitlistEntries` (or equivalent).
2.2 Sign-in and beta product
Clerk authenticates users. `/app` and onboarding are email-allowlisted (internal beta). Workspace and related product data may be processed for beta users.
2.3 Google Business Profile (only if connected)
OAuth tokens and place/review data via Google APIs. Google’s terms/privacy also apply.
2.4 Technical / logs
Vercel may process request logs (IP, URL, user agent, country headers).
2.5 Cookies / similar storage
See the Cookie Policy. Theme may use `localStorage`. Clerk may set session cookies when loaded.
Vercel Web Analytics (`@vercel/analytics`) is enabled: page-view / usage metrics for the public site. This is optional analytics — loaded only after cookie/analytics consent. Legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Details: Cookie Policy.
3. Purposes
- run the waitlist and notify you about OpinRate launch / related product updates
- provide the beta product
- optional usage analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) — only after cookie consent (`all`)
- security, abuse prevention, debugging
- legal obligations
We do not sell personal data.
4. Legal bases (GDPR)
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): waitlist — checkbox; Vercel Web Analytics — cookie banner “Accept all”. Withdraw anytime.

- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): security and logging
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) where required

6. Retention
- Waitlist: while active and for launch/related notices; at latest 12 months after waitlist closes, or sooner on deletion/withdrawal

`/app` and onboarding are not public (allowlisted emails). Waitlist is separate public signup.
